Cousin Kam's 1st Bday!

We got to celebrate Kamden's first birthday Saturday.  A year ago we didn't know if the little guy was going to make it and here we are celebrating a birthday of a healthy lil boy(well, big boy now!).  Braylea and I went a little early to help out if needed.  Braylea did the opposite..the split second I took my eyes off of her, she grabbed a handful of the back of his car cake.  She didn't make it too deep in where luckily we were able to reconstruct the back of it with the fondu icing. 

I have no pictures of the actual party because silly me forgot to check the battery of my camera and I lost my charge on the battery!  I was so mad.

Braylea definitely had a good time with all the kids.  She even decided to help Kamden eat his cake(head first). Like I said,  I was SO mad I didn't get to use my camera!!

Park+Family Time+Sunshine=Good Times!!

This was a few weeks ago, but I'm a little behind on downloading pictures..oops!  We were at the park from noon to almost 5 that day - talk about one worn out lil girl.  We had lotta fun though!  We need more weekends like that.

Easter Weekend

What an awesome weekend!  First, it was Bryson's first weekend back from being on the road every weekend since the end of January and it was actually a beautiful weekend to spend together.  We put Daddy to work immediately though by buying Miss B a swing set.  This also brought in Papa Bill to assist in the big build.  When Bryson went to purchase this swing set, I don't believe he knew that NOTHING was already pre-built.  This ended up being a two day project..oops!

We just played around them and enjoyed the sunshine!

Braylea decided to play on the loose parts and make the best out of it until it was ready in full force.

Break time!

First concrete 'boo-boo's'..and she doesn't forget about them either!  My lil drama queen already.

When Daddy got the mower out for the first time, she was so amazed by it that the swing set didn't even exist in her eyes.  Daddy let her drive for awhile..

When I picked her up from daycare today, the first thing she said was 'wing' which translates to 'swing'.  She didn't forget!  So, we spent awhile outside after work.  It is so nice not to have to keep her couped up inside anymore!

She wanted to 'wing' and hold the 'bah'..multi-tasker already! :)

My Silly Girl!!

Slave Driver

This was definitely a first!  She is normally the one making the mess and Mom cleaning it up.

After feeding her dinner, I did the norm of wetting down a wash cloth and wiping her face and hands off.  She, for some reason, wanted to keep the wash cloth with her and didn't want down.  She probably stayed in her chair for 15 mins wiping down her tray over and over and over again and just laughing. 

She got down and still wanted the wash cloth and began wiping down the kitchen floor.  I was cracking up because she even got in the little crevices.  It is amazing how much they really study what you do at all times and pick things up so fast!

Everything she does has to require her tongue sticking out.  I'm shocked she hasn't bit it off yet!

Family Time

Last weekend we had a family weekend.  It had been FOREVER since we all got together.  It was nice to get to see all the family and Braylea had a blast being around everyone to show off!

Kamden is about the same size as Braylea now!  He has come a LONG way..it is amazing!
