The past week I have been squeezing Braylea into her newborn clothes still, but it just isn't happening anymore. I put her in a 3 month outfit this morning and other than the pants being a little long, it fits! I need to go shopping (darn the bad luck) because I'm lacking in the 3 month outfits for her. I was planning on taking a picture but by the time I picked her up this evening, she had already spit up all over the outfit so she was changed to a plain onesie..
We were scheduled for her two month checkup Tuesday but because of the snow and ice, we had to reschedule for Monday. I can't wait to see how much she weighs! I think she fills out more and more everyday. Lets just say she is a very healthy baby girl! :)
Tomorrow we have an appointment to get the antique pictures taken of Braylea. I'm looking forward to seeing how those will turn out. I always thought they were neat.

First Boo-Boo
Braylea got her first boo-boo yesterday. Mean ol Cuz Mallory (she is 1 1/2 yrs old) was walking around holding the cord of the monitor waving it around. Well she got too close to Braylea and knocked her on the head. I guess she had real tears and everything..poo thang! :) There was a little discoloration last night on her forehead but not much at all..she's tough! She survived her first battle womb.

Birthday girl..2 months!
Yes, my baby girl is two months old today..it is still so surreal to me that I have a child. The love I have for her is undescribeable and I thank God everyday for giving Bryson and I the opportunity to have a miracle that we have today.

She loves her play set she got for Christmas! There is a smiling face that she is looking and it plays music and blinks different color lights..she loves it. She just smiles and coos at it..so cute!

Keeping Momma Busy..
I know, I'm slipping on the posts. Braylea keeps me so busy in the evening that it is hard to find time to get on here. She barely ever takes a nap for me once I pick her up after work. I guess she just misses me so much that she doesn't want to miss one minute of our time together! :)
She is growing so fast it is unbelievable. She will be two months Saturday and that just seems crazy. The past month has been constant change from her..from growing; to filling out; to smiling; and now growing out of clothes! I'm real anxious to go the doctor next week (minus the shots) to find out what she weighs and her length.
Had a little scare a little bit ago..Braylea has been spitting up more than normal lately and excessively, but she never acts like she doesn't feel good and always has an interest in eating so we hadn't been too worried about it. Well, today it seemed to be worse and tonight she had diarrhea for the first time. She filled two diapers as I was trying to clean her up..I did get a little nervous because I didn't want her to get dehydrated since she has been spitting up as well. I called my mom to reassure myself everything was alright and not to be a crazy mom who thinks something is seriously wrong over a dirty diaper..the funny thing is that Braylea has never been so happy. Tonight I layed her on her changing table and we stayed there for probably close to 30 mins just smiling and cooing. So I know that she doesn't feel bad and she is probably eating more than normal today. I think we are good but I'm definitely going to keep track of everything just to make sure..there are too many viruses going on not to worry.

Moving on up!
I waited out as long as a could and had to switch Braylea from Newborn diapers to 1's. They look huge on her! But hopefully we won't have as many accidents where she doesn't just dirty her diaper, but also her clothes..
