Thanksgiving + weekend

I'm a little late posting about our Thanksgiving but it was great! We had Bryson's Schoenhofer side on the Sunday before Thanksgiving, my mom's then dad's on Thanksgiving day, then the Nutter side during the weekend. We had a great time seeing everyone and Braylea, of course, loved all the attention.
I really enjoy Thanksgiving because it is a time where family can get together and just enjoy each other and eat tons! Don't get me wrong..I love Christmas but there is too much of giving and receiving gifts then there is really stopping to think of why Christmas is really a holiday. So it was nice to just sit back and just be thankful for what I have.
It was crazy to think back a year ago to where we were at. I have to say I didn't enjoy it as much last year. I loved that I was a new mommy but I got home from the hospital the day before Thanksgiving and I just felt unorganized and just plain exhausted. I was trying to figure out the whole nursing aspect plus frustrated because I had no milk for her and she was cranky because she was starving..ahhh I don't wish to go back there! I love her age now and so much easier to take care of in my opinion!
